Transition Process
We view the Transition Process as a crucial element in providing security. Whether transitioning from one company to another or starting at square one, we work with you from the beginning to ensure a smooth and professional transition.
When engaging our services, the first thing we do is build a transition team. We build that team around one of our excellent Account Manager, selecting the Account Manger that has the best knowledge and skills for your industry and your organization. Our Account Manager will meet with your organization to clarify exact details of your security plan. The Account Manager will walk your site. Equipped with this information the Account Manager will develop your security team and a set of custom post orders for your location.
With a clear skill set having been identified, the HR will begin locating primary and secondary officers whose skill sets match the requirements on your account. Those officers will then be pre-trained on your account, along with our Rover and Field Supervision Teams. Before we begin service on your site all Officers cleared to work your site will be trained on the specific needs and requirements of your location.
Upon assuming responsibility for security duties at your location, your Account Manager will be on hand to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

Our success may depend on meeting a specific concern or early identification of a potential problem. That's why we have policies in place that provide immediate access to officer training records and background checks. We provide for immediate replacement of officers deemed unsatisfactory by our clients.

We operate from written post orders. Written orders are critical when you want accountability. Written post orders insure consistency from shift to shift and day to day regardless of staffing. Everyone knows what's expected. Supervisors and staff can focus on pre-planned, thought out specifics.
Personnel Change Forms
Nothing defines quality security more than matching the right personnel to your security needs. Our more flexible system means you get guards that match your needs or we replace them immediately. This form is sent to you whenever there is any significant change on your account. You know which officers are coming and going. We keep you informed of turnover and what can be done to prevent it.
